Jonna is spending far too much time on Photoshop

So one of the reasons I have not been around so much lately is because I've been teaching myself Photoshop over the past few months. Mostly I'm creating avatars for myspace. What do you think? Any suggestions from the experts?





PZ01 stands for Patient Zero as is my username on other sites.

I like it Jonna, in particular the transparent/cutout effect on the writing in the first image.

The cutout image edge is very crisp, as are the eyes and the layering over the animation gives a great sense of depth.

Anyways, nice work, seen some things with Photoshop, one was an amazing picture, thought it was a painting at first, just really nice.

I might have to steal the eyes from that picture.

I almost drove myself nuts trying to create the animated gif in Imageready, but now it seems like the simplest thing to me. It's really all trial and error as I have something against reading manuals.

I've been raping www.good-tutorials.com for ideas as it is a great site. Does anyone know of any other note-worthy sites?
