I just saw on the BBC 6 o'clock news, and they said that the mayor of New Orleans has issued the order to police to force people who want to stay in their homes. It then showed a clip of SWAT police forcing their way into someone's home.

A bit harsh isn't it?

Oh really? The swats are out in full force? Thats what i was afraid of. I beleive they should all leave for health reasons and to save their lives as well.
DO WE NEED SWAT TEAMS to scare the bejesus out of those poor people?

NO. I get more and more pissed. I think this is going to be the straw that broke the camels back.

There is a thread on the UFO forum where many people are misidentifying a bell helicopter. The UFO in question is equipped with infra-red technology and these helos will be used to locate folks hiding in their homes. Once the general population has been removed, these aircraft can go in and locate the gangs. I have my dobts that these people will be evacuated vertically.

It sounds like it’s for their own good. Considering the disease, oil and fecal matter in the stagnant water and the fact that they are unable to continuously supply these people with clean water, food and medical services there is no choice. How long will it take for the decomposing dead bodies and animals to start adding to the pollution not to mention the diseased mosquitoes that will likely come from all the standing water?

What about the areas that did not flood? There really are areas of New Orleans (west I believe) that did not flood. If these people want to stay, then why can't they?

Yeah I don’t know bud. I’m assuming a mandatory evacuation would be required in the flooded areas and possibly those areas without basic services. Personally I think that's fairly reasonable.
