Second American cival war looming?

It's funny...on the Weather Channel they said that there were buses available so people could evacuate who otherwise couldn't--before Katrina hit.

Whatever happened to those buses?

I'm just surprised Jesse Jackson and/or Al Sharpton haven't popped out of the woodwork. They're usually pretty good for instigating everything racial. If what's going on is racially motivated, they'd play it up, and if race has nothing to do with it, they'd find a way to play the race card.

So why aren't they letting anyone out of NO? I don't hear about martial law being declared in Biloxi or any other of the cities that were hit. Why NO?
