Help for the victims of Katrina..., page 1

For those of you who'd like to help the victims of the devastating hurricane Katrina, I've attached several links of reputable organizations. The folks in these southern states are in dire need of help and any donation--regardless of how small--would assist in the effort to provide much-needed food, water, clothing and shelter.

If you do support any charity, please beware of scams and fraudulent charities that SOUND like well-known groups, but aren't. If possible, don't give cash--write a check or use a credit card.

The fires in Portugal got to close to my family, and that reminded me, how much we should do for eachother in times of need.
