UFO sighting in British Columbia BC Canada last 2 weeks

In the last 2 weeks I have seen on two separate 6pm evening news clips on channel 11 Global showing home video of UFOs (silver globes) flying down from the sky and circling around houses. The footage was really good quality and it was just amazing. The reporters don't say much besides that it was captured by a viewer. Then...nothing?!?!? Nothing in the paper, nothing on the internet. Not even on the station's own website. Has anyone seen it or have more information on it? I'm really curious now because a friend of mine and her husband last night at about 10:30pm in Richmond BC saw a circular form hovering in the sky above their house with 4 lights on the edges for about 1/2 hour and then all the lights came to the centre and the circle took off into the sky. There's been some weird ish going on around Vancouver/Victoria lately. But, nothing in the news. My friends that saw the UFO were non-believers but now they really wonder what the heck it is that they saw. Anyone seen anything on the net about Vancouver BC or Victoria BC sightings in the last little while?

I havnt seen anything in preticular I can remember, on the news or else where.

I tend to watch the news most days after work too, so B.C.T.V to my knowledge hasnt had any major storys. My buddys from Van havnt been "talking through the grape vines" either.

Id love to see or read anything you can find though about sightings in the area.

Cuz I saw it twice....damn...I wish I taped it. It showed silver globes in the sky and then one globe came down flying over water and then along the houses on the coast. It just stops....floats there....and then takes off and vanishes. It was like a 20 second clip that they showed.

I lived in Richmond for many years. In 2004, I was living at #5 Rd. and Westminster Hwy. when I saw, two weeks in a row, a silent light that travelled upwards at a 45 degree angle in the eastern night sky, going from the northern patr of Richmond and moving south, and then it blinked out. The sky was cloudless both times.

It should be understood that Raytheon, a Canadian company that builds missile guidance systems for the US military, has offices in Richmond, at #6 Rd. and Bridgeport Rd. This is precisely the location where what I saw originated from.

I now live in downtown Vancouver, acroos the Fraser River from Richmond. One night about a year or two ago I happened to look out my window that faced south, and saw flying very low overhead in the night sky. It was completely silent. It was a white tube-like thing with a narrow red strip near the back, and one or more tail fins. This 'thing' was flying on a course that would have crossed exactly where the Raytheon offices are in Richmond.

Whoever posted the original story above, could you provide some details on the location you saw these lights, and the direction they travelled?
