New button?

Just a quick one, do you think it would be a good idea to have the terms and conditions as a button like the search button or the myNew button?

Or maybe just link it to this thread

Good idea! I'm all for this. It SHOULD make people more aware of how to act... and can probably set some order down on this place.

Also, people need to be responsible for their actions... and not to be all nilly-willy and wait for a mod or admin to take action.
