Hmmmm... I had a thought. Why would this contest be opened for so long, if the first few entries would most likely be correct? Maybe there were some double meaning in the pics, or in the questions? Or maybe I'm just thinking into this too much? Either way, I don't think I'll be entering.

Ugh... I had a look into possible double meanings... didn't find anything... so maybe I was wrong. Unless the Fruit Loops could have also been Cheerio's??? Guess not...

Wrong model car. The CLS55 is a four-door coupe, the SL55 is a two-door roadster.

I believe the answer lies in Simon living in the UK and the contest being ended at midnight his time. I would have had all the answers right except the car one -- but had all my info on my other computer and couldn't open my file with my clues Oh well, I still would have lost with the car wrong

What does the picture of the VWE pod mean for Simon?

My guess is “Red Planet is Simon’s favourite virtual reality game”. It would have been one of your first and best fully enclosed VR experiences.

This means you like flying through the industrial mining canals of Mars in a hovercraft mining vehicle.

No doubt you’ve played in the VWE pod and you have been translocated to Mars on your mission more than once… but you’ve never been a junkie for it, because it’s a trek in its own right from Swindon. I think you’ve played in London, maybe even been part of an inter-city battle, and enjoyed the explorer’s lounge and told your battle stories after a successful mission with a few friends.
