Falun Dafa: A Brief Introduction

Falun Gong (also called Falun Dafa) is an ancient form of qigong, the practice of refining the body and mind through special exercises and meditation. Li Hongzhi, Falun Dafa's founder

I'm confused, some how old is Mr Li? And why is this post doing here?

I'm not sure his exact age, it is between 40 and 50 I think. Falun Dafa existed bfore Mr. Li , but he made it public. He might be considered the founder in a previous existence. I don't think anyone can be considered the founder of Great Law or Dafa though.

It is a prehistoric tradition from a previous civilization, and it is actually related in a way, to all spiritual traditions, and some that are posted about in this forum.
