OUT OF DATE BEER

Is it a bad idea to drink Budweiser that's a year and a half past the "best before" date? I know they say that their beer tastes better within 180 days, but does it go bad after that? I need a definite answer in half an hour

Nope it makes you more pissed

Beer can be "stored" for more than 365 days.. (a year..)

And if it is in a "can" you can drink it 10 years after "the best before date"..

yes beer can go bad over time. especially in cans from what i understand. but i dont drink drink beer so dont quote me on that.

It's simply just bad to drink budweiser, period.

Yeah but beer is beer if it gets you drunk then thats good.

While out of date beer may get you pissed quicker, if it is quite a bit old (or if it's been open for more than a day at room temperature...........shudder ) it is flat and it tastes like #!
I kid you not.........My advice is:

a) If it's been open or is quite old, chuck it and buy some more.....or

b) If it's been kept closed, I would try it with Ice, and if it goes down ok, drink it!

Well the Budweiser is gone and I'm still alive. Nothing much happened, I shared all my drink with about 10 people, so nobody got pissed. Oh well, maybe next Friday. Wasn't a total failure though, me met some girls...

Budweiser is only good for bait in my garden slug traps.

I had 2 ciders (0.5lx2) today.. boy it tasted good, as it had been a long time..

Two beers between 10 people?

That's about a mouthfull each, I hope your friends brought some booze too.
