Computer Virus Could be Mafia Plot

Microsoft thinks the recent computer worms were a terrorist attack. Now Peter Simpson, of ThreatLab, says that they were part of a plot by organized crime to take over the internet.

Oh great does everything has to be a terrorist attack? I mean not all of the major events are terrorist attacks like they always claim!!

I doubt seriously if it was a Mafia or terrorist job, the code was poorly written. If you have access to millions of dollars your not going to hire some one who cant write code properly. I also belive that it wouldnt have been so quickly identified, I think it would have been more of Trojan type virus that would execute at a certain time.
