The 'worst' is that organized/ritual/satanic child abuse isn't a huge world wide problem. That no one that speaks out is believed. That it's just some indivdual dirty old men. That the thousands of victims all over the world just 'imagined' it or are liers. There is NOTHING worse than that conspiracy.
