dark figure during a projection

Tall, dark and it had a grey face. no eyes,nose or mouth!! just a plain grey face and I got scared and burried my astral face into my pillow. I started to hear things like someone ranting on me, it sounded like " My god! she is blah blah blah!!"



I made my bodies mesh back and I got out of bed to make sure I was all together.



I didn't try to project anymore after that.



This sucks!! This is the first time that a scarey being was right there when I got out! dam the bad luck!! grrrrrrrr


could this have been a guide?? or.......what?!?

YES there is someone else that this has happened too by the way can you still do obe or have you completly lost the ability like i have btw it didnt really scare me it just looked intrested in me but yeah it followed me in the astral plane then forced me back into my body

Ya I was having issues with some odd entity forcing me back into my body.

Now that I am smudgeing with sage it seems to be gone.

I was on the couch when this happened.
I've been projecting since the age of 15, now 31, I am getting a little better. this was the first time I seen something that looked dark in nature. once I was surounded by monk type beings in brown cloaks. I've heard that some guides can come off as scarey at first.. that is wy I asked if perhaps this had been a guide.
As time has passed, I think I now know what it was..
A manifestation of my own fear and or a threshold entity.. as I have been trying to break through the barriors and travel more effectively.
My latest projecting was kinda creepy too
something lifted me up from behind me, grabbing me from my arm pits.
I ended up biting it lol and it let go of me.
So see.. I am dealing with fear in a different way now. I'm fighting back and letting them know that nothing will keep me from projectiong and learning more about this ability.
P.S.
It's not like I set out to project anyway.. it does not happen at will. when it happens, it just happens.

I think the problem you had, was with a psychic vampire. You can use some simple banishing ritual to get rid of it, and prevent its return. Don’t give up leaving your body.

The best OOBE I ever had was believing that I could fly - I know it's a cliché as so many people have similar experiences. But this was fantastic - nothing holding me back but my own inhibitions, it was like being a dolphin or Superman..or just pure energy floating around a deep, fantastically-lit ocean..

Perhaps it was a deep dream state telling me to get on with my life and move on from the things that always seem to hold me back, I am not sure. I wish I could go to that place more often ;-)
