Plane shot down over london (fake video footage)

I hope I am not wasting everyone’s time by starting this topic (it may have already been covered) but has anybody here seen the video that appears to show an aircraft of some sort being shot down over the British houses of parliament.

I found it on a site called

Dubious origin I know but this video has really interested me.

It is obviously a fake (a very good one in my opinion) but I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about it.
