I've been on ATS for a few days now, and I think it is the greatest forum I have yet seen on the web. It is an excellent idea, in order to achieve
access to other areas on the site, with deeper meaning, incrementally one must climb to the occasion via a point system based on participation. It
tends to weed out the passersby
I had wanted to say a few things about myself.
I was born in Philadelphia 46 odd years ago to Jewish parents (I am atheist by culture and belief). I was raised mostly in New Jersey (Atlantic City
(before the casinos), Cherry Hill (before the mob was run out of town), Willingboro (at the advent of a mixed culture), and Maple Shade (a nice town,
what can I say). I lived in Provo, Utah in 1980, then in Colorado Springs, Colorado from 1983 to 1985 (enjoyed every last drop of this town). And now,
since May 2000, I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma (a world unto itself).
Throughout my life, I learned to think on my own, to question everything that walks and breathes, to fight injustice whether it is right before my
face or in the coming of a new world order, and to find the best in everyone, to shoot for one's full potential regardless of what may stand in the
way.
I am married with a stepson, 4 dogs, 5 cats, 2 rats, 3 box turtles (pond), and 3 leopard frogs (pond, who so happen to visit and stay). I work in
retail, I play around with ideas in industrial design, I create piano compositions, and I find much comfort with grabbing up a book and reading it
(probably, something unheard of these days).
My philosophy on life is rather simple, in all relationships, we must have communication and compromise, and in all of life's many journeys, we are
faced with choices and chances...these four principles make up who I am as Edward Aizen (it's cool). And oh by the way, life is too short to mince
words, I always tell it like it is regardless if you are someone I work with, I have in my own personal life or if you are the President of the United
States.
I am very pleased to be able to participate within the ATS forum, it is time to get things done, to fight the powers that be. And it is such a very
comforting thought to know there are others like myself out there who think, question and redevelop any and all ideas in order to get to the gist of
the truth. Thank you all.
I hope to participate in all the many facets on ATS. And get to know as many as I can, both admin and members (actually, I like the fact that admins
post too, knocks down the wall of if), so we can open up the lines of communication in regards to this crazy house of games world. And so I will leave
you with something, as an American to another American:
GIve Me Liberty Or Give Me Death...I live and die by this creed.
Take care everyone, and have a good day. See you around
