Troop pullout in Iraq, more than media hype?

Found this at the PNAC. It's badically a letter arguing against troop reduction in Iraq.

Seeing that our current administration has pretty much followed in line with the PNAC, could this suggest a split? Is Rumsfield busy trying to "C.Y.A", whilst the PNAC is up to it's usual promotion of total global domination.

With all the news in the mainstream press about troop reduction, and this letter dated a month ago, could the withdrawal actually be more than just normal mainstream media B.S?

Any thoughts?
