Yeah, I noticed that too. I have to scroll horizontally to read threads now. Can it be narrowed a bit? It's probably ok for people who use a higher res, but with my old monitor, anything above 800x600 looks too small. My old eyes just can't take it.

Unless someone posts an extremely long URL into a thread or places an image that causes the screen width to increase, this website is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024x768. This has overtaken 800x600 as the "standard" resolution in many and most on-line surveys that I have found.

can someone give me some examples of threads?

Also... the browser you're using for the odd-wide display would be nice.

I am set at 1024X768 on a newer Dell notebook using MS Explorer 8.0 on MS XPPro O.S. and I noticed it as well.

It appears to have gone away though...

It's just clipping the edge off on most normal threads....just enough so we have to scroll on every thread to read the last few letters in sentences. (BTW, this is IE6 with WindowBlinds installed, in case you're wondering)

Maybe just a tad narrower. The only ones who'd probably notice the difference are those who are having to scroll.
