Harrods bribe Gov. employees

I was at harrods today and when i went outside there were hundreds of mercedes and bentleys parked in the street but they were all on double yellow lines. I decided to have a look around and it turns out they were parked illegally yet none of them were concerned about getting a ticket. This happens all year yet they do not get tickets. This reeks of bribing government employees to turn a blind eye. This is a conspiracy that is obvious to anyone and there is no denying it.
