YET SIGNIFICANT QUESTIONS loom about whether the U.S. and foreign governments can meet an Oct. 26, 2004, deadline set by Congress for upgrading passports and visas to include biometrics.
�This is the mother of all projects � there�s no question about it,� said Joseph Atick, chief of Identix Corp., a maker of biometric systems.
With fingerprint and face scanners due to be in place at air and sea ports by the end of this year and biometric visas and passports beginning to get into the hands of travelers next year, U.S. officials hope to keep the wrong people out while letting the right people in without delay.
Biometric visas and passports, certainly, will be harder to fake. The challenge will be to equip the millions who will need the new documents in order to enter the United States, and to upgrade computer systems at border crossings.
These are complicated endeavors, and will cost billions.

Earlier in this thread,someone mentioned that the Bush's don't have the money to do all of this,in reality,they don't,they are using your tax dollars to dupe you into invisible contracts without your realising what you are entering into,that is why you find yourselves asking "how can they do that?".

The NWO is here,and will come into the light after we are all handed some sugar coated horse$hit that tricks us into allowing ourselves to be disarmed.

Unfortunately,the real fight will be with the legalities of what has happened here,and we have all been conditioned against going against the authorities "intentionally",I am about up to my neck in this fight,And they have nearly destroyed me,the water is very cold.

The trick that has been played here is that the policies and laws are put in place and enacted at an opportune time in the future.Many of these policies were passed 50 years ago,and are just waiting to be enacted when something happens that will shock the population into accepting it out of fear,like The PATRIOT act,The VICTORY act(patriot act 2 actually),you should all become familiar with these docs,there are many things hidden in them,and they are among the last few steps in the plan,they are both available to download from the internet,if you wanna read em,go to it,if you don't,just put your head back into that hole in front of you in the sand.
Don't be fooled into thinking it won't be that bad,they will make it look downright good until they have all the control.

But you have to see that the governement isnt an entity, the government are people with their own views on issues and what is the right way.

Lets be honest, the majority of the world dosnt give a crap about that poor kid you see on the charity advert asking for �1 a month, people dont care about that new law thats just passed that allows them to investigate every aspect of your life without your knowing....

Why dont they care?....because their too busy with self satisfaction, money..sex..power...staus...bills...friends...etc etc...

The PEOPLE of the WORLD need to have the urge to make the difference..and it cant be done with One country even the grand ol USA can't do it alone.

If in 100 years time when our future generation are being watched in their homes, have national ID cards, tagging in their cars, mast homeless, disease more rampant than ever, then its all OUR FAULT

Becuase at the end of the day we are all slaves...we work..pay...get some fun..and die...none of us have total freedom..even the odd blind Patriotic american dosn't have freedom.
