Fair legal procedure?

I just want to say from the begining..
Im not Australian.

But what has happened to an Australian Girl in indonesia is just DREADful.

Last night on the news, I saw that the last 2 bali bombers were convicted.

The man who FINANCED the attack, and housed the MATERIALS got 3years prison.

The man who Drove the bombers and materials around for 4yrs prison.

Does this make sense?
Why would indonesia want these people, who BLEW up there tourism district out on the streets in a matter of years.
Especialyl when they still believe what they did was good...

doesnt that mean there 99% likely to REOFFEND?
