This is so true. I was in a position to work for many years with Iranians and Iraqis (among many other people of other nationalities). The Iranians in particular were some of my best buds. I met their families, ate at their houses, swam in their pools and they were some of the most kind and generous people I know. True friends. I hate to think how they might be suffering now.

the vice president had a plan drawn up. it doesn't mean it will be followed or acted upon.

also, it could be possible that this was released to the public with the hopes that the Iran worries enough about it to not sponsor terror acts against us. Ok, go ahead, say "but Crakeur, they don't sponsor terror, we do. we commit the acts as an excuse to attack foreign countries for their oil"

fine but last I checked they have yet to disprove that their president wasn't the guy in the photos of the 1979 kidnappers. they also have yet to stop thumbing their noses at the rest of the world with regards to their nuke program.

Now, I'm not saying we should nuke, attack or even call Iran names if we have another attack on our soil. I'm merely saying this is not necessarily a public statement that we are planning on attacking Iran and making up reasons to do so as we go along. As mentally challenged as our government might be, I can't imagine they would release information that, if actually were to happen, would make it seem like we planned this all along. Rather, you do this covertly, make up a link to Iran and then bomb them. You don't say "Iran will be behind the next attack and we will attack them and prove it later." that kind of stupidity only works (sort of) once.

right, but this didnt come form a whitehouse press conference. If it was an official announcement then yea i would question the motives for it, like i would any offical press release.

Also i dont think they have drawn up any plans to nuke St.Lucia or somewhere after the next 911. The plan and its target have significance, they show the thought process.

So according to Cheney China can declare war on us and attack us so we would NUKE IRAN!

Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11, neither did Iran, it was all Saudi and Afgani, no Iran or Iraq touched it. hell Saddam and OBL hated each other! OBL thought Saddam was to much of a softie.

So now we are going to nuke a foriegn country because we pissed off Saudi Arabia and they attack us. What? They don't care who it is, they are saying that "Oops a plane missed it's landing strip and crashed must be terrorists." They push the button and nuke Iran. No proof of terrorism just "Like terrorism". Hell in a hand basket and the republicans are carrying it, thanks to the likes of EdSinger and CazMedia and Deesw.

Please read my statement carefully..I never said anything about China...I never stated that Iran or Iraq had anything to do with 9/11. I said muslim extremists...if you choose to connect the dots like you just did..then fine ...I never said what country was involved.
