Fooling around with Picasa

Just downloaded Picasa (I'm too cheap for Photoshop)

I have a ton of drawings I've done, but they are all in the ex in-laws (& out-laws) garage attic. I was always inspired by Roger Dean. Here's one I happened to find in "my garage". Most the others I have are too big for my scanner. Still playing around with it, cropped it, darkened it and added more contrast, now think I need to lighten it up a tad more. I call it "Mars Scape". Colored pencils and charcoal. I have alot of water color washes also. Heading to the garage...see what I can find.

Think I'll play around with some photos. I take close ups of all my flowers.

Here's another one I did...actually this is about 1/6th of the painting...found this out in the garage too. Water color...paint kinda chipping, really had to dress it it.
