have u got call or visit from the government?

seems like the more and more we view government websites or websites like ATS and leave messages or email people we get calls or visits by the government. i have had 3 weird calls in the last day and a half and im not the only one. about 3 miniutes ago i got a call and the person was with the search and rescu operations and he asked if i wanted to make a donation. he beeded around the bush and 1 miniute later the phone beeped.

who else has had weird visits and phone calls that seem to be government related.

What have you been writing about recently? Anything a bit too close/obvious?

Oh yeah, never use land lines for calls, only use the line because you have to, broadband/sky tv, etc......!

These are alot easier to bug/listen into, etc ,etc.......

Weird. The vast majority of political causes use third party telemarketing companies to do their begging...

(typically: Hello Mr Smith, my name is Gofer and I'm calling on behalf of.....(insert cause/charity/political party/whathaveyou).

Granted, the callers are coached to "imply" that they are actually the cause they're stating; but generally, they're only working for that telemarketing company/call centre.

not its jut anyone in general not just me i had them fallow me back when i was in school because we used the school network as our personal playground but since i stoped they everynow and then would check in to see how i was for some reason. but i havent done anything at all in the last few years to cause suspision or cause to be harrased

I have noticed my Cingular Wireless cellphone transmits even when its closed (flip-phone). Makes a strange humming sound over anything with speakers IE: Tv, PC speakers, Casio Keyboard...I have actually found the tone on my Casio and its an A on the music scale.

my phone is with cingular to. i think it is the sim chips inside track where the person is at all times thats the reason for the depleation of the old phone and the new chips to take place and track everyone so the government knows where you are at all times

I vaguelly remember reading somewhere years ago that there was a legal requirement for the equipment to emit a periodic beep when recording phone conversations without express consent.

the government has been doing that for a good while now. they also have been monitering email and all phone frequiencies. guess they dont belive the americans anymore
