Unrest in cascade volcanos

Has anyone noticed the wierd activity on the pnsn seismographs for the north western volcanoes? Look at Rainer and Adams and Hood. It looks alot like how St Helens looked before it erupted. any comments?

I talked to 3 seismologist via e-mail last week regarding this activity. The response from all of them is that this is just backround noise and it is nothing to worry about. That answer seems strange since "backround noise" is must different. What do you make of this?
