How do i charge my chakras

hey i recently read a thread and this guy said he charges his chakra,s before making psi balls so i was just wondering if their is anybody that knows how to could you enlighten me please

Yes I have been curious about this aswell, from what I hear and somewhat feel, My chakras are not truly functioning at the utmost effeiciency. I have gone to several sites about this but alot of them dont seem to work for me.

for example this one: www.eclecticenergies.com... Opening your chakras using Muntra sounds and shapes using your hands.

if any of you could enlighten me on this subject i would be MUCH appreciated. Same goes with OOBE, but i was also told that I need effective chakra control, inorder to do such.

if ANYONE could help me with either 2 things, PLEASE u2u me.
