Yeah, these are not "news" to me.. the SEALS were to deliver these babys..

And some "facts" about post 1988 usage of these..


Btw.. during Cold war there were about 100 Soviet SPETZNAZ teams with same kind of devices.. (4 man "sticks") each assigned to a specific target..

But "operationally deployed" implies that these babies were in situ.I mean that they were in Moscow and other cold war target areas.

Ever read the Fourth Protocol?I think Frederick Forsythe wrote it.

I think these suitcase nuclear devices were banned under the fourth protocol.
