I know I have seen this scattered all over these forums, but can someone please tell me how this guy (Icke) came up with these stories? Are we actually to believe that there is a retillian humanoid race living in the center of the earth that secretly controls everything? Those are some hefty claims coming from a former sportscaster. I believe that there is a group of people who control the world, but uh... the reptiles...please.

Schizophrenia.

Very sad.

Are these reptilians supposed to live within this universe ?

Aren't they scared that it's dying ?

Don't they have gods and morals too ?

They can come and kill me anytime for all I care.

Time is an illusion, whatever you gain or loose from it,

Cedric, who got the book here but....
gosh....seriously...stopped reading it
after 3 pages.

Maybe I'm a reptilian and unaware.

GHHHRRRRRWARRRRRRRRR !!!

Everything Icke states is pretty much "out there"; some looney claims that can only be the result of smoking a couple pounds of marajuana.

Didn't he also claim to be God at one point?

Is he the brother of Wacko, whatever was its name ?

They look similar,

Cedric

I believe that was misunderstood. He said that we where all the sons of God and his comment was twisted to say that he was the Son of God. Two different things.

The guy is pretty much off of his rocker. I mean c'mon, he said that we live in a computer program for Christ's sake.

I'm not even going to comment on this "Verichip" he speaks of...

So supposedly we live in a computer program? Well I wonder if he can give me cheats to pass level 3. It's the hardest one I've been stuck for a while on that one.

Yeah he wrote a book called "Children of the Matrix".

you think he could have came up with something original rather than steal from a movie?

I believe his ideas of this matrix came out WAY before the movie. Of course I could be wrong about this, one DVD they were selling on the website had the exact same font and greentext background as the movie.

Here are a couple of eye-opening links about Icke:

All we need to do is look at Austria to see why these politics have to be confronted, isolated and defeated, and the price we will all pay if they are not.

paranoid much? what a stupid link, Icke may be odd but COME ON his solutions are all happy touchy feely new age love how is that a danger that needs to be confronted, isolated, and defeated.

I agree, his philosophy is rather innocent and causing so sort of harm to society and politics. Everyone should agree that his practices are harmless.

He is harmless whilst no-one jumps on his bandwagon. So was Hitler, and Pol Pot.

And before everybody starts slating me, I am non making a direct comparison or suggesting he is plotting genocide.

But ridiculous ideas can certainly become dangerous if enough people put too much credence in them.

I've seen Ickes several times on the history channel, I think the one on secret societies. He sounded very credible at the time.

Then, I get on the internet, and hear of reptiles and matrices.

Call him crazy ir not, but I bet he makes a decent living saying this stuff...

I wonder...

I don't think the link was stupid at all... it's in fact one of the better essays about Icke. The fact that the guy has aligned himself with neofacisim and holocaust denial says a lot.

I'm sure he probably does make a decent living at appearances and book sales. If nothing else, it could be looked at as fiction. (or very unrealistic hypothetical jargon) The earth was flat at one time according to the scholars of the day. Maybe in 2,000 years, the "reptilians" will tell tales of how beasts called humans once walked the earth. Nevermind, the guy is clearly a few bricks shy of a load.

It still makes for interesting reading for a sci-fi fan, or a comic junkie like me even though I think it's all a big load.
