For whom it may consern:
Although this attack raises many questions, now is not for time for theorys and conspiracy ideas - we must be respectful of the people who have been affected by this disaster.
Tomorrow is the time for questions, today is time for comfort for the victims and their families.
Thanks.
I agree. The dude earlier in the thread saying that this is proff that aliens are taking over the planet is just being WAY too stupid at this point!
I for one would like to know exactly how much damage has been done. Is it 'light' bombing with few casualties to get attention, or 9/11 style bombing, where as many as possible should get hit to mark their hatred toward the western world?

"We warned the British government and the British people repeatedly. We have carried out our promise and carried out a military attack in Britain after great efforts by the heroic mujahedeen over a long period to ensure its success."
"We continue to warn the governments of Denmark and Italy and all crusader governments that they will receive the same punishment if they do not withdraw their troops from Iraq and Afghanistan," the statement went on.

It also gives the other leaders in G8 a free run without Blair present - wonder what they will discuss this afternoon - Climate and Poverty perhaps.

A quote from the group claiming responsibility:

The people who committed these murderous acts believe they are justified in killing innocents. The leaders of the major players in the War On Terror are less then 500 miles away, why not go for them. Simple answer really, because they WANT to kill civillians. Sick and evil, there is no rationale for this.
