As much as we'd like to think of Mexico being a bit backwards, M. City is a major metropolitan area. Lots of international and domestic air travel as well as general aviation. If there was such a concern, why no news copters or GA planes up in the sky to find out just what these things were..?? Did they drift with the prevailing wind or did they move in some non-random manner..??
As of now they are UFO's - but their origin is unknown....
Overheard in suburbs - "jeez mommy I just let the birthday balloons go, I didn't mean to start a panic"....

Interesting you said Germany. That's where one of the older historical "mass ufo sightings" was. Aparently they were even warring and blowing each other out of the sky. There is a picture depicted of this event that shows a bunch of balls in the sky.

I gotta say, this doesn't look like UFOs at all to me. It looks like a bunch of shiny balloons. Notice how the "formation" seems to be lazily drifting with the wind. I watched the MPGs twice each and didn't see any of the objects moving randomly at all, just drifting with the wind.

Man.... Take a number!! You know how many people have come up with this theory? Don't jsut think that they are balloons, show that they are balloons. Give me proof. I need to see high def pics of them or something, make me believe that these fleets are inded Balloons. having you write about how they are balloons while sitting on your but in your underwear is not going to make me believe anything. Go out and get some real info and post it here, or otherwise go go bug some other post.
