So who are the current frontrunners for anti-christ?

Prince Charles
GW Bush
Kofi Annan

Who else is in the running? I am sure there are others.

There is One Man who this weekend led 2 500 000 000 people. Bob Geldof have more power than any other being on this planet. With 2,5 billion people he can do what he wants, and we'll do what he say...

It won't be any of those people. Whover it is will have a massive following,
(blind sheep), and there would have to be a pretext for them to follow him so blindly. It will probably be someone we aren't to familiar with right now.

Well the new Pope has over a Billion followers who, in my eyes, seem to wander through life pretty sheepishly accepting everything written in a book a couple of millenia ago... Maybe its him... in fact, he has more willing followers than anyone else...

Anyways i dont believe in the antichrist (one must believe the christian version of Christ before accepting any concept of the anti-christ.), but i thought i would throw my 2 cents in as everyone seems to be searching for someone with alot of willing followers.

I know it's not Dick Cheney, he's too weak in health, but he sure does look like the anti-christ. It will be someone who lives in the shadows and has a lot of money.

In order to understand the meaning behind the ANTICHRIST, one needs to know why he does come and for what reasons.

There are no frontrunners as such.........The Antichrist will appear when his time is ready for him to be accepted.Anytime before that he wont come.

So whatever Jesus Christ was the Antichrist will be the Opposite......BUT he will be cunning in his ways in order to DECEIVE .....he will allow all sorts of MIRACLES to happen in order for the people to believe in him.
He will use all sorts of deception mainly power in the AIR.....aerial realm, for there is his power ......he is therefore called PRINCE OF THE AIR by Christ.
All this will be allowed by Jesus Christ because many did not believe in Him.


In order to properly understand the true meaning of Antichrist you have to know that Jesus Christ had a Prophet who was St John the Babtist, who proclaimed Him to the world , that He was the Christ(''The CHRIST actually means the annointed one...Old Testament reference.) that the World awaited from the Old Testament.......

Maitreya if he is anything.......probably a false prophet who is claiming to be the ONE that the WORLD is waiting for.

The Antichrist will appear on a world stage and everyone shall know of him....he will so to say ''have the problems of the world'' in his hands......he will pretend to solve them but in fact he will think of ways to destroy all who stand in his way ......

Only time will tell......we dont have the time set but we have signs to watch for....

I've read the Bible a number of times, in all the major versions so I hope I don't come across as being misinformed.

My interpretation has always been that the majority of the Bible is metaphoric - to be more simply read by the people at the time it was written, as they were not all literate.

I've always interpreted and understood the notion of the Devil as a metaphor, not a physical being that walks around with cloven hooves. The Devil, or Evil, is merely the absence of Good, God, or Light (whichever you prefer) - I personally don't believe it is a "force" of it's own, the same way shadows don't control the light.

So really, not one person can be Evil. It's nice to think so, because then they're easier to judge, mistrust or blame - but humans are humans, driven by their own personal desires.

Sure, Prince Charles sinned, he cheated on his wife. GW Bush has lied, so he's pretty much sinned as well. Kofi Annan has probably lied too, and well Maitreya is merely combining all the religions to make a nice blended mix that will appeal to everyone, so I guess his blasphemy is a sin too. That doesn't mean they are the anti-christ.

I hope I'm not coming across as rude, but just because someone is powerful doesn't mean they are in the running for the "Who's most likely to be Satan contest" - if you're so concerned about Evil in the world, then I'm sure there's something you can do to help in your local, or the global community that's more constructive than naming games.

The anti-christ will be anyone claiming to be Jesus in the second coming IMO and that is what I fear most.

Logically seen, if anyone want support from all the world, it can not be a person who follow one religion or other; because that person would try to debunk all other religions. This will always alienate most other people.

It cannot be a politican, as most people don't care much about politicks, and anyways most politicans are only interested in their own country. Or pocket.

But there are some things many people from many countries, religions and politic standings agree upon. And that is art. Be it music, movies, cartoons, paintings, whatever. The most likely of these to spread around the world is music, pop or rock. The second possibility is cartoons like Donald Duck that is all around the world. However cartoons is an unlikely sourch for power as no adults take it seriously.

Perhaps the antichrist is not a single man but a state of consciousness and if you look around at the degredation the world populace is going through which everything is demented, violent, and detached..perhaps antichrist is energy on the negative side.

I keep wondering if the show Fear Factor will someday have folks eating human feces for money...sorry for the graphic picture but hey,,,they already eat ground up magits and live flies. I think I made myself sic on that last sentence.

I read an article on Prince Charles as the antichrist and if I remember right it didn't necessarily have to be him, but he will hold the office that is associated with antichrist.

Now having said that, I'll mention something I've thought of before but really haven't any proof it's just to ponder on it. Give another 20 or 25 years of time having gone by, could Prince William be in a position to be offered the antichrist role.

I would say that the primary frontrunners to become Anti-Christ could be found within just a few seconds...Look up the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve & you'll have a whole list of names.
Their lieutenants run the United Nations.
World "leaders" such as Bush are just "facemen".

I was wondering who this sananda person is so I did a google search. I found some pics of him, and I kept thinking that he looked like Terence Trent D'arby, a pop singer in the 90's. Well, it turns out it actually is. So supposedly he's a prophet now. How odd.

Gosh! Wow. I'm actually almost speechless after that revelation. I so used to love his stuff...takes me back to my sordid teen years

First we have Steven Seagal declaring himself a Tibetan tulku (and actually having a Tibetan guru agree)....now we have old Terence being a prophet. What's next? Courtney Love claiming to be Mary Magdalene?!
