SAPs

This guy who works at Edwards AFB didn't know what SAPs were when I mentioned them. SAPs are Special Access Programs with a classification above the top secret level. He had also never even heard the rumors about the Aurora or TR-3B!

Just thought this was pitiful..

Im in the military, and I have never heard of Aurora or TR-3B and SAPs.
WTF are Saps??? Special Bla bla bla.

"SAPs are defined as any DoD program or activity as authorized in Executive Order 12958 employing enhanced security measures (e.g., safeguarding, access requirements, etc.) exceeding those normally required for protecting collateral information at the same level of classification."
