Always good to see some Russians on here, welcome to ATS, we deny ignorance, there's plenty of people on here that are overly nationalistic and claim that their country's stuff is better than someone else's, I personally weigh the capabilities of things to others and make the conclusion my self on what I believe is best.

As for secret projects, I speculate on most things and generally i'm looking for a general concentious on what things are named and what their capabilities are.
