A Campobello teen is accused of raping one neighbor's dog and another neighbor's two little girls. Now the dog has died and charges against the teen have been upgraded.

He molests a 3 YEAR OLD, rapes a 13 year old, then goes after a family dog. And he did it to the dog on the front porch!

What'll be interesting to see is if this guy gets charged as an adult. I don't really understand how a statutory rape charge can be leveled against someone under 18, but hey, the more charges the merrier.
