I go to the Chinese Military Forum to be updated of what our friends in Asia talk about; and yes, they are very much Anti-American. Most of all, their Anti-Japanese.

Their more into military competition with the United States, always trying to be better.

I am sorry if I offended you. Please know it isn't my intent. I dislike any military advancement and in fact, I find violence abhorent - unless it is inside a boxing ring
LOL!!

Please know it isn't meant to hurt, I truly have much love and respect for all people of this planet. However, I would be remise if I didnt't point out the obvious double standard here. If China decides to illegally invade another country, how is that any different that someone else illegally invading another country? IMO it isn't, nor is it off topic to mention another illegal invasion is it?

However, in the interests of peace and offending anyone who may not like to be called for their actions, Ues, it is horrible that China would see it that way, however, China has always maintained that Taiwan is thiers haven't they? That it is a matter of when and not if, they take it back. Do I like it? No - is it any worse that what another coutnry is doing at the moment - IMO only it is about the same.

I really belivied that China is not going to stop at taiwan, they want the rest of east asia and they want to become a superpower really bad. as a chinese myself(born in china too, live in china for like 8 years then come to US) i am more pro-US than pro-china because i have to choose between the two lesser evils, and if i have to choose between the US or china i would choose US, it's the lesser evil.

Western "freedoms" or so you call it is much more of an imaginary thing. There is no freedom. Watch the documentary called "The Corporation" and you'll get what I'm saying. There is no freedom. What you can do in US, you can pretty much do in China except for distributing porn which I believe corrupts the mind, vote for a president (pretty useless when how many commercials you can make decides if you win or lose) and freedom to bear arms.

Is freedom in America really better? Freedom to bear arms? Guns don't kill people, people kill people but with guns its pretty much a certification of death to another person, the murder rate in America is some 10 times higher than Canada after the population is calculated for, meaning America has 83 times more murder than Canada does.

You get the point I'm saying, the fuss about freedom is much too overrated. Freedom is for presidential candidates to use to get elected. Down to the bottom, people just try to get by from day to day and if you don't provoke others, they won't come to find you.

How about Human Rights? What about the mass murder commited during 1989 and the purging of the people who practises falungong. What crimes have they commited to cause them to deserve brutal death. Why is the communist government reluctant to give power to the people, even though they took up capitalism long ago and allow their economy to develop? They called themselves "communists" because they want to have the power ALONE to themselves.

Freedom is not all about election. One other aspect is the freedom of speech. Can you OPENLY voice your discontent of your corrupt government? Can you OPENLY complain about a certain government policy that is only beneficial to a small group of corrupted government officials? If the anwser is yes and you ar goin to do it, the Gulags are waiting for your arrival.

Think about it, forgot what you are taught in your politics(propanganda) lessons. WHY are you defending yout corrupt and evil governement???

well, at least we get to vote
hehehe
and you don't get the second armenment do you? the right of the people to bear arms is if the government ever get too powerful and become a tyrant to it's people then the people can rise up... duh! tell me something what every dictorship do? first thing is to remove all arms so that the people can't fight back. and your right, guns don't kill people, people does, so banning the guns won't do anything cause i can kill someone using a tooth pick... what we need to do is edu. people about when guns should be used. every country has some bright people but every country have some really rotton bad apples.

and when did this become a freedom fight? where did i said freedom between the US and china? i was saiding the people in china thinks that taking back taiwan is not invasion but a liberation... from who

yea yea i know you going to said, then whats iraq, it's a invasion too, yes i know, bush and his corporate buddies are too stupied to figure it out. but at least there is a dictorship to take out in iraq unlike taiwan... hehehe

no hard feelings man
