Man Sues Over Penis Amputation

A 68-yr old man is suing the doctors who amputated his penis back in 1999, saying they botched the surgery. He is also suing the clinic in which the amputation took place.

The man�s lawyers want compensation for �current and future medical expenses, physical pain and mental anguish, physical impairment as well as the loss of enjoyment of life by the man and his wife,� according to a press release.

The lawyers of the man with the amputated penis think they can win $5.3 million in the suit.

I was asking myself the same question.

Do you have any idea what kind of surgery it was supposed to be? I hope it wasn't a sadistic alternative to a vasectomy or something. I hope I don't have to go in for surgery anytime soon! I'm afraid of the psycho dr.'s performing surgery lately. I would end up going in for leg surgery and come out missing a breast!!

Wow I would know what I would do if they cut off my wanker. My dad is a lawyer I would have him sue them for all the money they got.
