avatars missing

Has anyone noticed,avatars are not showing up in the new posts.
Not all the time,but in old posts they are there.
Just something that was bugging me,when i don;t know the answer

Peoples avatars (and my own) don't show up all the time when I access ATS from work. This is due to the member uploads section being barred by my work firewall. If the avatar isn't hosted on ATS then it might show up, depending on where it is hosted and if my company allows it. From home, everything seems fine.

I guess my avatar was too big,but JAK reduced it for me.
