Just a "hello"

Hi folks,

I've been poking around here a few days and finally decided to say "hello." Some of the ideas considered around here I admit to viewing with great skepticism. Some, I find very interesting.

Regarding myself, I'm a biomedical scientist with a healthy respect for skepticism, questioning and conjecture. In any event, that will have to suffice for an introduction, and I hope to become more familiar with you in the days to come.
