Seriously, I think that is what is refered to as an Lenticular cloud formation; unusual, but not at all rare.

I'm now wondering about the picture. I wonder if you had just a picture of a city. Then you cut out the picture of the ufo . then pasted it onto the city, and darkened the color of the ufo to make it match. Not saying you did this. But i could be possible.
