Suppressed UFO invention??

HI yall. I was conspirating about something a minute ago, when I stumbled upon another suppressed invention type thingy.... supposedly a guy called Otis T. Carr made a UFo that could reach the moon iin under 13 hours, a ufo car... could anyone shed light on this? u2u me if you have info, or just post it, please
