Stupid!

What stops people from wearing eyeliner, blusher, etc, etc and disguising their true appearance every day of the year?

Good point. Most women wear soo much makeup 365 days a year and aren't prosecuted for impersenating a clown.


Should be a class A Felony with mandatory 15 to life. (A little sarcasm for those who think I'm serious
