Family arrested for pushing father into speeding car

The Kyoto prosecutors office has indicted Daiichiro Nakajima for helping his dad commit suicide in march. Apparently hoping to cash in on the old mans life insurance to pay off his fathers debts.

The mans wife and mother was also arrested.
Their attorney criticized the police department and the prosecution for their investigation.

"Police should have realized that he killed himself if they had closely examined evidence they had confiscated before arresting the three. It's regrettable that prosecutors indicted Daiichiro" attorney Kazuhiro Kusakabe stated.
