is this OBE?

sometimes when i wake up, or just sit for sometime staring at something, my mind, just zooms away, and i hear a fast sound, like tsss..... , and vision goes to the side, like i windows there is a mouse effect called "trails" i have something like that, my vision goes to the side(usually left) and trails follow it, and then it returns back, and that lasts from about a second, is there something wrong with me physically?

Probably not physically. Do you see things like dark streaks or such?
