ATS: 300 Muslim Clerics Call For Jihad Against The US in Three Days.

Pretty much the only Christian country that could be a possible target for Jihad would be Spain (as I think was mentioned by Bin Laden in one of his "press releases"). This is due to the fact it was once mostly a Muslim country (the North was still christian) and was re-conquered over the course of a few hundred years by the Christians.

Alot of churches in Spain are built on top of fromer Mosques (and usually retain the open air fountain and tree lined courtyard of the origional Mosque entrance which are infact rather beautiful and very peaceful sanctuaries). Most would see that as sacrilage that would still be vocal today, but people (with the exception of extremists) are grown up enough to cope with the reality of the situation.

The thing is that extremists of any kind need little encouragement to commit whatever atrocity thay fancy, and if anything occurs due to the story in question it will be nothing more than an excuse as opposed to the actual reason. Car bomb goes off, terrorists blame the newsweek story, chances are they would've done it anyway, with perhaps whatever other story is the flavor of the month.

What you fail to realise is that the right of Free Speech is the right to speek freely not the right to be free from the reactions to what you say.

You are free to refer to the Koran in anyway you like but you have to be aware that there are consequences in doing so.

As for no one getting upset when the Bible is trashed I think you will find there is an pending legal case against Jerry Springer the Musical here in the UK under the blasphemy laws.

Its true according to KFYI in Arizona. The story was told last night by the host. Dont know his source.

Sorry if I offended anyone with my earlier post. I did not mean to attack the Muslim religion or the Quran in any way. I have not read the Quran or do I ever intend to do so. I would not considder myself religous and do not attend church ect... All I am saying is that opinions are like assholes, everyone has one. No dissrespect meant! On the other hand If you are Muslim what do you care what other non-Muslim's say about your faith? You know what matters to you and that should be enough.

you can't blame folks for accusing the gov't....they went wayyyyyyyyy out of their way to cover stuff up. made them look really guilty.

I suppose it was just a CYA thing they were doin' , so they didn't look COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT to all, but I'm not completely sure.

there are too many agendas, and buddy buddy with two-faced arabs, as well as two-faced state department suits, to really know what's going on. I think their Jihad calendar was all booked up.

Muslim Nations have been handing over suspected terrorists. To them this is a very similar thing. You need to stop looking at it from your persepctive but there perspective. Also these clerics are not the Radical ones that normally call for Ji-Hads, this is the same region which spoke out against some of the actions by Islamic Militants, but you have to think how much they can take.

How many times have reports from the FBI, CIA, etc shown the actions of the American Army that are just wrong to do on innocent people (which they are till proven otherwise). None of this helps the problem that exists and is only making it worse.

Actually, i think i have been around these forums longer than you, and I have read and participated in quite a few threads having to do with 9/11. Most of the theories that 9/11 was a demolition job, that there were melting pools of steel, that no airplanes smashed into the buildings, etc have already been debunked several times in many of those threads with facts.

I know what happened in 9/11, crazy islamic extremists crashed a couple of aircraft into the wtc, and the pentagon, apart from the other aircraft that was downed when civilians fought the crazy sob extremists.

There is no mystery as to why the US government was not able to stop the terrorist attacks. In Spain the same thing happened, and even though the authorities in spain have to deal with terrorists in a daily basis ( ETA), they were not able to stop the attacks of 3/11 either. No mystery there either.

BTW, this thread has nothing to do with 9/11, the thread was about 300 muslim clerics calling for a jihad if the US did not give up those guards who supposedly desecreated the Korans.....

One more thing, I do not work with, nor am I in any way part of the Bush administration, except that I am a Republican, voted for the president and gave part of my free time to help out with the re-election of president Bush. But i am not part of the president's administration.
