Soldiers, DEA found importing drugs

It was said on the news how people in the military, DEA , imigration(INS), and law enforcement were all caught in a ring smuggling in drugs. This seems to be too well organized. I think they all work for the CIA or a similar organiation. It would show the type of people they employ and the ring of control they have.
