The citys largest public television station is marking September 11 with a documentary whose Web site is being lambasted by Israelis and American Jewish groups for offering an inaccurate and one-sided history of the Arab-Israeli conflict.

Here is the rest of the story:

I apologize if this has been covered, but just watched Discovery ID channel, "Secrets of 9-11".....It played an audio between the local mil ops center and FAA that said her report was that UA93 had crashed "Northeast of Camp David".....anyone else heard this?

There were reports that Flight 93 had crashed into Camp David.

Shankesville is about 90 miles from Camp David.

I've heard of it. Can't remember exactly where. It was in a 9/11 video, but I can't remember the context.

There were other strange reports on the radio that day that I never hear adequate explanations/resolutions of. In Rick Seagal's 9/11 Eyewitness, a radio announcer mentions the hijack of a police department aircraft in D.C. that morning. I never heard anything more about that.

I may have heard the Camp David mention in Seagal's video as well. Part of his video has a considerable stretch of radio patter as the backround sound.

I remember hearing a report that morning that there were reports of smoke on the mall in DC & that a plane had possible crashed into the Lincoln Memorial. Those reports would have been out of Baltimore or Philadelphia, but I haven’t bothered to research it. It was a confusing morning.

WATSON: Oh, he's down down?
MALE VOICE: Yes. Yeah, somewhere up northeast of Camp David.
WATSON: Northeast of Camp David.
WASHINGTON CENTER: That's the—that's the last report. They don't know exactly where. Vanity Fair

Second audio link on page 10.

The conversation was between NEADS and Washington Center.
