Actually, that English crackpot Holloway attempted verbal assassination
of G.W. on TV and in front of the senate. Holloway attempted
verbal assassination of G.W. and he attempted to verbally blow up
America as well. I can't believe he takes himself seriously. Anyways .. it
was an attempted assassination of sorts. Does it count? No. Why?
Because the assassin missed the mark. He aimed, he fired, and then in
the end he totally missed. But I'd count it as an attempt.

Only Michael Moore would consider the unsubstantiated
rhetoric spewed to be 'brilliant speech'.
But anyways,
the reason I posted it was because perhaps the
'assassination' wasn't a physical one, but one that
would end his presidency - something verbal or
legal???

Well, there was an attempt last week. Someone threw a grenade at Bush in Georgia last week, but it didn't go off.
Here's a link to the story:

Who says those trips to Bohemian Grove and the sacrifices dont pay off?

First thing that came to my mind was the assassination attempt last week on President Bush. Though it was not May 17, it was close. The grenade was in fact live, but malfunctioned. Even if it did go off, it would not have injured the President. Regardless, it was an attempt on his life.
