A dream made me scream in my sleep!

about 2 years ago i had a dream that my parents wer murdered and they kept me alive so i could see how much i would miss them if and when they go,,,, but the thing that was the most horrific was i saw the backs of them when they where chucked off a bridge by this masked man or female.
so i woke up and ran into my parents bedroom to check they were there and thank god they were.
i didnt want to wake them and tell them that i had a bad dream but it was the most scaryist thing of my life and still to this day im scared that it ill happen! also i wil have a massive arguement if they go near high places.... the only person i have ever told was my big sister asala because we have a special connection that links us and its alot more than blood! (dont worri you wont know what im on about)
my parent are both ok and they have promised me that they will never go near high places ,

Just to add to this, Yes i rememer very clearly this dream she had, What to me was strange was how much effect it had on oni x x, It took about a week for her to calm down and she also became almost depressed for a while after,

I find it strange how some dreams really nip in to our dream/reality making the 2 almost seem the same,
