as you'll appreciate it only concerns The States, but what I'm really interested is about Europe. You can not imagine how difficult it is getting info on this subject here in Europe. I don't know how but here doctors are very good hiding their dirty affairs. So, please, could anyone provide links, FTP servers or whatever you know from where I can get reliable info.? ...
