Related Links?

I briefly mentioned this in another thread I was posting in, but either it isn't that big of a deal or nobody noticed it. I figured I'd put it up here in it's own thread and see what people thought.

I noticed on one forum--I forget exactly which one--there is a Related Links thread that's put up at the top. I was thinking it might be a good idea to have that for most, if not all forums. Someplace for the new members to go for background information, so they can get up to speed. Everyone can post in it, and if a link is deemed "unworthy" for what ever reason (ie unreliable) it's removed. Just a thought...
