wasnt that an X-Files episode? Some group were spreading something on dollar bills.
Anyway, dont know if its possible but i cant think of a reason why it wouldnt be

It's also a very clear sign that the "terrorist" threat is bogus. If they really wanted to hurt this
nation on a daily basis, all they'd have to do is wipe their rear ends on money and then spend it.

The Strep. bacteria, which can cause flesh eating virus among other ailments, would spread faster
than it was ever capable of tracing it back to an individual.
