Where does your ATS/BTS name come from?

this is just something i had wondered about, where does everyone get their names from? Mine comes from the anime series Cowboy Bebop, but i guess Space Cowboy is also the name of an n'sync song, according to JAK, which is a little embarrassing, but Cowboy Bebop is so much cooler than n'sync. i had also hoped that having Spike as my avatar would help with the confusion. anyone else care to share?

Mine comes from a Cleaning Product I used about 8 years ago that got grime out of morter between bricks really well.

so now... what name do I use.. hmmm

I work in the elevator industry, sooo, something to do with elevators.. yeah that's it...

Oh I know... elevatedone... it's almost elevator and I figured after hanging out here for a while I'd learn some stuff and be informed or enlightened if you will... so there it is.. I can be elevatedone..

As the other resident wizard here, I took my ATS name from a series of books by Terry Goodkind. Currently now at nine total in the series and going to twelve I believe. I didn't take the name of the hero Richard Rahl who is the Seeker of Truth, but rather his grandfather and Wizard of the First Order, Zeddicus Zul Zorander or just Zedd.

I suppose being a Seeker of Truth might have been better, but I liked the Wizard's Rules (besides...we have SeekerOf here already). One rule comes out each book and I believe there is some great knowledge to be gained in them.

Here is the current list (which is also in my signature in very, very small print):

I got my username from the fact that I don't know which collage I want to go to when I finally finish high school. I'm thinking about moving overseas to Europe so I can attend Oxford, but maybe stay here in America so I can be with my family.

People who have experienced trauma are highly suggestible afterwards. This is due to the fact that there body has pretty much clammed up and reserved all biological function towards autonomy. Because of the huge amount of hormone released at these times, anything said and done becomes associated and is 'remembered' subconsciously with a strong dose of hormone(those chemicals in the body that are the biological representation of feeling).

There are forms of mild shock as well. Have you ever had someone sneak up behind you and give you a scare? The immediate start you feel is the body feeling mild shock. If you ever experience it again, note how the physical feeling is mostly confined to the left side of your body. That is due to the immediate release of a hormone(forget the name of it) and it's proximity to the heart. Experienced Trauma can be reinforced/associated with these 'mild shocks.'

Grandfather first name is James, so James the Great, my dads middle name is James, so James the Moderate, and I don't have James anywhere in my name, so James the Lesser. That and I get to be the Best Number 3 Around.

Ok, I'll chime in here.

Let's just say that I am well-travelled individual. Must be part gypsy, because I don't even like to live in the same place for more than a year or two.

I learned everything that I know about survival and independence out there on the road, so I am truly a road-scholar!

Pretty boring here....just a first name initial (m), last name peake. Honestly, when I first joined here, I didn't really take the time to look around and see that most everyone here has a creative user name, so I just went with something I could remember when I log on here.

I got "Diabolus" from Slayer's "Diabolus in Musica," me being slightly devilish. Fire Dragon is my chinese zodiac sign. Year- Dragon, Element-Fire.
